The direct connection to the A4 motorway not only allows for quick distribution of goods to the Polish and foreign markets, but also guarantees convenient access to our facility for your employees.

The offered warehouse space is designed in accordance with BREEAM criteria at the "very good" level and meets the highest technical standards thanks to modern technological solutions. We focus on innovation and environmental care, which is reflected in a range of amenities available for our tenants. The complex includes stations for charging electric cars. Additionally, considering those who appreciate eco-friendly means of transport, we have prepared a bike shelter, ensuring their safety and protection from weather conditions.

In the publicly accessible areas and on the warehouse facades, we have installed energy-efficient LED lighting. The building's facade was also designed with energy consumption reduction in mind. The choice of a light color for the upper part aims to prevent excessive heating of the warehouse during sunny days. Considering biodiversity and promoting an insect-friendly environment, we have also installed insect houses. Our offer is complemented by extensive green areas surrounding the investment, which create a pleasant atmosphere throughout the entire park.
